Washington Business Journal–Maryland’s House and Senate passed a bill on March 26 creating a state health insurance exchange. In a statement, Lt. Gov. Anthony Brown described the legislation as “one of the most critical components of our efforts to reduce costs, expand access and improve the quality of care for Maryland families.”
