Health Wonk Review for July 18, 2013

"A Midsummer Wonk’s Dream"

healthwonk-read-this-editionThe latest edition of Health Wonk Review, the Web’s finest collection (we think) of health policy commentary, is live (and kicking) over at the Colorado Health Insurance Insider.

Host Louise Norris put together a great collection of posts and … with ACA implementation drawing near … there were plenty of articles about health reform. Among them: Linda Bergthold’s great piece on the employer mandate and why everyone should just keep calm.

There’s a piece on the health insurance exchanges and what it will take to get them right, John Goodman’s assessment of the law to date, and InsureBlog’s look at who’s benefitting financially from the law.

There’s plenty of other good reads as well, including Maggie Mahar’s review of Miriam Zoll’s Cracked Open: Liberty, Fertility and the Pursuit of High Tech Babies.

If you love health policy as much as we do, you won’t be disappointed in this edition.

Look for the next edition: August 15
